General

  • How can I determine my glove sizing?

    We can help you out with that. Visit our sizing chart page here. Remember, if you're stuck between two sizes always go with the smaller glove size.

  • What if I bought the wrong size?

    If you believe you purchased the wrong size, please email us immediately via the contact page your name, order # and the correct size you would like. You will have to ship the wrong-sized glove back (shipping on us) before we send you your new size.

  • Do you offer custom gloves?

    Yes! We like to work with brands, Golf Shops, retailers, universities and more. To learn more please head over to our custom's gloves page here.

Shipping

  • How long will it take to receive my package?

    As you may know, standard shipping is free and we will send your gloves out within 3 days of purchase and they will arrive within 5 days (or sooner) of purchase. If you need faster shipping, we offer 3-day shipping for an extra $7. Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee shipping will follow this timeline perfectly.

  • What if I need to change my shipping address?

    Please email us via the contact page as soon as possible with your name and order #.

  • Can I get same day delivery?

    Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer same-day delivery.

Returns

  • What is your returns policy?

    We offer a 14-day return policy from the time you purchase your glove. If you notice something wrong right away, please notify us so we can get a replacement. If the glove looks like it was purposely cut, ripped or otherwise harmed, we will not be able to refund your purchase. If your glove ripped unexpectedly in the first few rounds, we will send you a replacement. After 14 days, we will make a return on a case-by-case basis.

  • How do I repackage my item for return?

    If possible, please shipping back in the original packaging. If this does not work, please purchase a small poly-mailer from your local USPS store and save the receipt. We will refund you for this.

  • How long after purchase can I return?

    You have within 14 days of purchase to return your glove before it is no longer valid. We do offer case-by-case specific claims, however.

    We accept all major credit cards. You can also purchase our products on Amazon.
